MySOCA APP TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

1.1 Welcome to MySOCA ("MySOCA," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the MySOCA app. By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. DEFINITIONS

2.1 "SOCA" refers to the super over cricket academy based in Maryland, USA.

3. USE OF THE APP

3.1 License: MySOCA grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App in accordance with these Terms.

3.2 Eligibility: To use the App, you must have parental supervision or 18+.

3.3 Compliance: You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the App.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

8.1 MySOCA is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.

9. TERMINATION

9.1 MySOCA may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time for any reason, including a violation of these Terms.

10.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the province of Maryland, USA.

11. CHANGES TO TERMS

11.1 MySOCA reserves the right to modify or revise these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
