No Refund Policy

Should a client wish to terminate our services and contract, they must settle payment for the services they have already received. We will provide a summary receipt for the services rendered.
Payment Terms
Payments will be processed through the agreed-upon methods specified in the contract. DIS retains full authority to own and reserve the right to deliver products and services once full payment is received.
Clients are responsible for paying extra for services outside our primary scope when making full payments.
Content Management
The client bears responsibility for errors in the final project or service arising from their data or information regarding any content. In such cases, the company will not be liable to rectify the error at the same cost. Additional costs and payments at agreed-upon rates will be required for any further additions or changes. Any information provided by the client must have functional permissions or access as necessary to prevent copyright infringement issues.

DIS may display your project on our website to showcase completed projects in our portfolio. Working files will be retained by DIS, and clients can access them by making an advance request and paying an additional fee.

DIS reserves the right to secure indemnity from your projects. We are not responsible for any harm resulting from our digital agency’s services. We offer exceptional customer service and reliable products and services.
Variation of Agreement
Design in Seconds (DIS) may supersede or amend the stated terms and conditions at any time. Such variations will not affect the agreement signed by both parties or cause any changes unless mutually discussed.
